About these terms
By using thefiteconomy.com or our coaching services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or services.
Not medical advice
Our coaching, programs, diet charts, calculators and AI estimates are general fitness and nutrition guidance. They are not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Talk to your doctor before starting a new exercise or nutrition program, especially if you have a medical condition, injury or are pregnant. Stop exercising and seek help if you feel pain, dizziness or shortness of breath.
Your responsibilities
- Give accurate information about your health, injuries and goals.
- Train within your own limits and use proper technique and equipment.
- Keep your portal sign-in details private.
Assumption of risk
Physical training carries an inherent risk of injury. You take part voluntarily and accept that risk. To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Fit Economy is not liable for any injury, loss or damage arising from your use of our services or content.
Results
Results vary from person to person and depend on consistency, sleep, nutrition and other factors. Reviews and transformations on this site are real but are not a guarantee of your results.
Payments
Prices, billing schedules and any cancellation or refund terms are set out in your coaching agreement or invoice. Invoices are paid by Interac e-transfer.
Reviews and content you submit
Reviews must be genuine and based on your own experience. By submitting a review, you give us permission to show it, including photos, on our website. We may decline or remove reviews that break these rules or our moderation standards, and we may reply to reviews publicly.
Our content
The programs, text, images and videos on this site belong to The Fit Economy. Please don’t copy or resell them without permission.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Manitoba and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version.
